Generally, yes. We always try to match you with a cleaner who will continue your service ongoing. However, there are occasions such as public holidays, illnesses, emergencies and travel/holidays that may impact your usual cleaner being sent to your property.

Yes, we provide all cleaning materials upon request. Cleaning materials will be provided on request and will be charged additionally at AED 50 per pack.

You can extend your booking hours by requesting at least 1 hour before the scheduled end time. Extensions are subject to availability.

Our cleaning crew will arrive within 30 minutes of your booking time. They will complete the number of hours from the time they arrive.
